Experiment 2: Growing plants. Preparation.

Two weeks ago, a question was made: what do plants need to grow? We started making our predictions and then we prepared this experiment:
-We put some soil into three plastic glasses.
-We put a kidney bean in each of those glasses.
-We put glass 1 into a cupboard with no light and no water.
-We put glass 2 near a window but never watered it.
-We put glass 3 near a window and watered it every 2 days.
-We decided to take notes every day and register whatever change we observed.
